Payment & Delivery
The Buyer is obliged to pay for the ordered products, including delivery costs, to the Seller – LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o.
The Buyer has the following payment methods available:
Cash on delivery (payment upon collection) – available exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Croatia The Buyer may pay for the ordered products in cash to the courier upon collection of the shipment. Card payment upon delivery may be available depending on the terms of the individual delivery service, over which LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. has no influence. By choosing this option, the Buyer undertakes to make payment upon collection of the shipment, while LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. undertakes to deliver the products within the deadlines stated in the order confirmation.
Bank transfer / payment to account (proforma invoice) Payment is made via internet banking or a general payment slip based on the data provided after the Buyer confirms the order with the obligation to pay. The Buyer must state the order number as the reference number for proper allocation of the payment. Products are delivered only after the payment has been fully credited to the account of LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. Products are not delivered based on a proof of payment. The Buyer has no right to interest on the paid advance.
Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) Payment is processed through an authorised payment service provider (e.g. Stripe). LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. has no access to nor stores card data; the data is processed exclusively by the payment service provider in accordance with security standards (PCI-DSS).
Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link) During payment, the Buyer is redirected to the protected interface of the service provider for payment authorisation. Card or device data is not processed or stored by LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o., but exclusively by the payment service provider (e.g. Stripe).
EPS payment system Payment is made via online banking, with data processing carried out by the payment service provider.
PayPal Payment is made through the Buyer's PayPal account. Processing of personal and payment data is carried out exclusively by PayPal (Europe), while LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. has no access to account or card data.
Klarna (where available) Payment via Klarna service is possible in accordance with the terms of the provider Klarna Bank AB. Klarna acts as a separate data controller and independently processes data for the purpose of providing its services.
Protection of personal data in the payment process In the case of payment by cards, digital wallets or other online methods, the Buyer's personal and payment data is processed by authorised payment service providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Klarna) as independent controllers or processors, depending on their role. LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. processes only the data necessary for the execution of the order and has no access to sensitive card data.
In the event of a refund, the refund will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY COSTS OF APRIVE PRODUCTS
If card payment or advance bank transfer payment is selected, the shipment will be handed over to the delivery service and sent to your address only after the payment has been recorded.
Delivery costs for products within the territory of the Republic of Croatia amount to a flat rate of 4.65 EUR, and are free for individual orders with a value of at least 55.00 EUR.
Delivery costs for products outside Croatia, to other European countries, as well as the minimum order value for free delivery, are determined according to the following price list:

What are the delivery costs for Aprive cosmetics products?
Delivery time is a maximum of 10 working days:
- from the day of payment when the payment method to our bank account or by card is chosen;
- from the order confirmation when cash on delivery is chosen.
The delivery deadline does not include:
- the day the order/received request was placed
- delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information
- delays caused by force majeure or other reasons beyond the Seller's control
- non-working days that fall at the beginning or end of the stated delivery period
If you wish delivery on a specific date, please indicate this in the note when placing the order.
Deliveries are carried out by postal services, usually DPD, and you can track your shipments through their applications.
Please provide a delivery address where someone can collect the shipment on working days until 16:00. It is important to leave a contact phone number in the order form where you can be reached. At the address specified in the order, the presence of a person to receive the products must be ensured. In the event that proper delivery to the Buyer's specified address is not possible, the Buyer bears the costs of redelivery to the same or another address, depending on the information the Buyer provides to the Seller during delivery verification.
If the courier determines that, due to extraordinary circumstances, delivery cannot be made within the selected timeframes, they will notify the Buyer and arrange an alternative timeframe and delivery method.
If for any reason the Buyer is not available at the delivery address or via the specified contact number, we are not responsible for extending the previously stated delivery deadlines.
In the case of cash on delivery, the Buyer undertakes to make payment upon collection of the shipment. If the Buyer does not collect the shipment or refuses to make payment, it will be deemed that the Buyer has withdrawn from the order before its collection. In that case, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for the actual incurred delivery and return costs. Mere non-collection of the shipment does not constitute proper exercise of the right of unilateral termination of the contract, which is exercised in accordance with applicable regulations and with an explicit statement by the Buyer.
The products will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by ordinary handling during transport. The Buyer is obliged to check for any damage or defects upon collection of the products.
Upon collection of the products, to ensure delivery quality, the Buyer is obliged to present the order confirmation/invoice and sign the delivery note.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer at the moment the Product is handed over to the consumer or a person designated by them.
