GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APRIVE WEB STORE – PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

Before using the APRIVE website and/or web store, please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not agree with or do not accept the rights and obligations established by these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the content of other related policies and rules, please do not use the website www.aprive-cosmetics.com and do not make purchases through the web store. Any use of the site or purchase of products constitutes your express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: General Terms) apply to the web store located on the website www.aprive-cosmetics.com (hereinafter: APRIVE website), which is owned and managed, in its own name and on its own behalf, by the trader – seller:

(hereinafter: LIAGO COSMETICS or the Seller)

These General Terms regulate the rules of purchase, payment, delivery, complaints, and termination of distance contracts, as well as all other details of the purchase. The applicable law is the Consumer Protection Act, the Trade Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Obligations Act, and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

By using the APRIVE website for the purchase of products, it is considered that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the rights and obligations arising from these General Terms. By using the APRIVE web store, you undertake to comply with these General Terms and agree that they fully apply to you.

These General Terms, together with the information on specific products on the APRIVE website, constitute an offer by LIAGO COSMETICS as the seller for concluding a distance contract and contain all pre-contractual information that the trader is obliged to provide to the buyer. The buyer, by completing the order on the APRIVE website by clicking on the field CONFIRM ORDER WITH PAYMENT OBLIGATION, concludes a distance contract between the Buyer and LIAGO COSMETICS in accordance with the sales terms specified in these General Terms. These General Terms form an integral part of the one-time distance contract if it is concluded. Every Buyer will be informed and acquainted with these General Terms before entering into the contract. We recommend that you save the General Terms for future reference. When the buyer is a natural person – consumer, the provisions of the applicable Consumer Protection Act shall apply.

The General Terms are published in Croatian and English. The APRIVE website enables customers to use the web store services in Croatian and English.

CUSTOMERS AND USER ACCOUNT

Customers may be legal entities and adult, legally capable natural persons, whereby legal entities will be issued an R1 invoice upon request (by calling the contact phone number: +385 99 2678940). By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration and/or purchase.

Opening a user account is voluntary and is not a condition for viewing products or making a purchase.

By registering a user account, the user enters basic data (first name, last name, e-mail address, and password) and, after confirmation of registration via e-mail (double opt-in), gains access to additional functionalities of the web store.

Through the user account, the user can:

• review and edit personal data within the user profile,
• review order history (my orders),
• manage delivery addresses (address book),
• make future purchases more easily and quickly without re-entering data.

Login to the user account is done by entering the e-mail address and the password chosen by the user. The user is obliged to keep their access data secure and is responsible for all activities carried out through their user account.

The user may at any time request the closure (deletion) of the user account via the functionality on the website (Close Account option) or by sending a request to info@aprive-cosmetics.com. Closing the user account does not affect already concluded contracts or executed orders.

The Seller reserves the right to temporarily restrict or permanently disable the use of the user account in case of abuse, provision of inaccurate data, or violation of these General Terms.

With or without a user profile/account, the Buyer (as a guest) may use the services of the APRIVE web store, but we may also decide on certain benefits intended only for registered customers.

APRIVE PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All products on the APRIVE website are clearly marked, with a clearly described composition. Consult your doctor regarding the use of APRIVE products in view of the described composition and recommended application.

You can find the products by clicking on the title ALL PRODUCTS – SELECT BY – SETS. The APRIVE website contains photographs of product packaging as well as other characteristics to the extent appropriate and necessary, depending on the type of product. Photographs of product packaging on the APRIVE website are illustrative in nature and LIAGO COSMETICS does not guarantee that the image fully corresponds to the actual product. In the event of any discrepancy between the appearance of the product shown in the photograph and the delivered product, this does NOT constitute a material defect of the product.

Each APRIVE Product has a clearly and unambiguously indicated retail price in euros. The stated prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change. Products are delivered at the prices published on the APRIVE website on the day of ordering.

The indicated product prices do not include delivery costs. In the case of payment by e-banking or general payment slip, the Buyer bears the costs of the transfer and/or interbank transaction.

LIAGO COSMETICS may, at its own discretion, offer certain products at prices lower than regular sales prices or with a special discount available under the same conditions to all Customers or only to a precisely defined group of Customers. The terms of special forms of sale, such as the duration of such sale, quantity limitations, discount amount, etc., will be described in detail on the product page. After the expiry of the period of sale at prices lower than regular sales prices, LIAGO COSMETICS cannot accept orders under the terms of special forms of sale whose deadline has expired.

LIAGO COSMETICS reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. In such cases of non-delivered but paid products, you will be refunded the full amount for those products that are no longer available, regardless of the reason for withdrawing the product from sale or non-performance of the service.

REVIEWS

Reviews displayed on our website come from real customers who have used our products. The purpose of reviews is to provide additional information, experiences, and feedback to other users and to facilitate purchase decisions. Reviews represent the personal experiences of users and cannot be considered a guarantee of results for all customers.

BLOG

Information published on the blog, including articles on face cleansing, skin care, and similar topics, is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. The content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for consultation with a dermatologist or other qualified healthcare professional. Each person is responsible for assessing whether the described products or routines are suitable for them, and in case of existing skin problems or doubts, we recommend consulting a doctor before using the products.

QUIZ

A quiz is available on our website so that we can send you a personalised recommendation to your e-mail address. Completing the quiz does not create any obligation to purchase products.

ORDERING PRODUCTS

Ordering is possible online via the APRIVE website 24 hours a day, every day. You can order as a registered or unregistered user.

The ordering steps are:

PRODUCT SELECTION > CART > PERSONAL DETAILS, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT METHOD

Detailed description of the ordering steps:

• You select the APRIVE product you wish to purchase – for more information about a particular product or service, click on the image or text of that product.
• ADD TO CART – the selected product or service is added to your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of a particular product before adding it to the cart.
• YOUR CART – your cart contains an overview of all products or services you have selected so far.
  • Quantity, price, and total price of the products are visible.
  • You can change the quantity of an individual product in this step as well.
  • You can remove a particular item by clicking on the corresponding label.
• PROMO CODE – at the end of the list of selected products there is a field for entering a code if you have one. After entering the code, confirm it by clicking Activate. The new product price and total amount after applying the voucher will then be displayed.
• BILLING ADDRESS – enter your personal data as the buyer to whom the invoice will be issued (fill in only your own data!).
• DELIVERY ADDRESS – choose:
  • Use billing address – in which case delivery will be made to the address you provided in the billing address, or
  • Different delivery address – if you want delivery to an address other than the one in your data; additional fields will then open. If you are a registered user, the data will be pre-filled. Please check all data in any case.
• DELIVERY METHOD – select the delivery method.
• PAYMENT METHOD – (cards, advance payment, cash on delivery).
• ORDER SUMMARY – please check the order once again (products and prices).
• Confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy and General Terms, which form part of the purchase agreement, and if you agree, tick the box.
• The purchase is completed by clicking on the field CONFIRM ORDER WITH PAYMENT OBLIGATION.
• Depending on the chosen payment method, you will complete the payment:
  • If card payment is selected, you will enter card details in the next step and click PAY.
  • If advance bank transfer is selected, a barcode or payment details for internet banking will be displayed in the next step.

The one-time distance contract is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer electronically completes the purchase by selecting the icon CONFIRM ORDER WITH PAYMENT OBLIGATION and LIAGO COSMETICS receives that notification. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order in case of product unavailability or other justified reasons.

After completing the order, the Buyer receives an e-mail containing the order number, order date, list of products, total amount, delivery amount, chosen payment method, billing address, and delivery address. A physical invoice is delivered upon receipt of the products.

IMPORTANT: If card payment or advance bank transfer is selected, the shipment will be handed over to the delivery service and sent to your address only after the payment has been recorded.

Products are delivered in quantities customary for household needs.

The Seller does not bear the costs of using means of distance communication for the purpose of concluding the contract.

PAYMENT

The Buyer is obliged to pay the ordered products, including delivery costs, to the Seller – LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o.

The following payment methods are available to the Buyer:

Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) – available exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Croatia. The Buyer may pay for the ordered products in cash to the courier upon receipt of the shipment. Card payment upon delivery may be available depending on the terms of the individual delivery service, over which LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. has no influence.

Bank transfer / payment to account (proforma invoice)

Payment is made via internet banking or general payment slip based on the data provided after the Buyer confirms the order with payment obligation. The Buyer must state the order number as the reference number. Products are delivered only after the payment has been fully recorded in the LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. account.

Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

Payment is processed through an authorised payment service provider (e.g. Stripe). LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. has no access to nor stores card data; it is processed exclusively by the payment service provider in accordance with security standards (PCI-DSS).

Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link)

The Buyer is redirected to the secure interface of the service provider for payment authorisation.

EPS payment system

Payment is made via online banking.

PayPal

Payment is made through the Buyer's PayPal account.

Klarna (where available)

Payment via Klarna is possible in accordance with the terms of Klarna Bank AB.

Personal Data Protection in the Payment Process

Personal and payment data are processed by authorised payment service providers as independent controllers or processors. LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. processes only the data necessary for order fulfilment and has no access to sensitive card data.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY COSTS OF APRIVE PRODUCTS

If card payment or advance bank transfer is selected, the shipment will be handed over to the delivery service only after the payment has been recorded.

Delivery costs within the Republic of Croatia are a flat rate of 4.65 EUR, and delivery is free for individual orders of 55.00 EUR or more.

Delivery costs to other European countries and the minimum order value for free delivery are determined according to the current price list.

Delivery time is a maximum of 10 working days:

• from the day of payment (for bank transfer or card payment);
• from order confirmation (for cash on delivery).

The delivery period does not include:

• the day the order/request is received,
• delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information,
• delays caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the Seller's control,
• non-working days at the beginning or end of the delivery period.

If you want delivery on a specific date, please indicate this in the note when placing the order.

Deliveries are carried out by postal services, usually DPD, whose applications allow you to track your shipments.

Please provide a delivery address where someone can receive the shipment on working days until 4:00 PM. It is important to leave a contact phone number. A person authorised to receive the products must be present at the delivery address. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the Buyer bears the costs of redelivery.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to extraordinary circumstances, they will contact the Buyer to arrange an alternative time and method of delivery.

If the Buyer is not available at the delivery address or via the contact number, we are not responsible for any extension of the delivery deadlines.

In the case of cash on delivery, the Buyer undertakes to make payment upon receipt. If the Buyer does not accept the shipment or refuses to pay, it will be considered that the Buyer has withdrawn from the order before receipt. In that case, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for the actual delivery and return costs incurred. Mere non-acceptance of the shipment does not constitute a proper exercise of the right of unilateral termination of the contract.

Products will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. The Buyer is obliged to check for any damage or defects upon receipt.

Upon receipt of the products, the Buyer must show the order confirmation/invoice and sign the delivery note.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer at the moment the Product is handed over to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer.

SUBMISSION OF WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the service provided or the delivered product, LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. will respond to every complaint in the shortest possible time and take steps to improve the service.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform consumers (natural persons) of the possibility of submitting a written complaint.

A consumer may submit a written complaint:

• by post to: LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o., Matijevka 4, Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, with the note CONSUMER COMPLAINT

The Seller will confirm receipt of the complaint without delay and provide a written response no later than 15 days from the date of receipt, with a clear statement on the validity of the complaint.

The Seller keeps records of written complaints for at least one year from receipt.

RIGHT TO UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The consumer has the right, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, except in cases prescribed by law.

The period for termination begins on the day the product is received into the possession of the Consumer.

To exercise this right, the Consumer must send a clear statement of termination before the expiry of the period:

The Consumer is obliged to return the product no later than 14 days from the day the statement of termination was sent.

Direct costs of return are borne by the Consumer.

The Seller will refund the paid amount upon receipt of the returned product, using the same means of payment, unless the Consumer expressly agrees otherwise.

IMPORTANT – EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF TERMINATION

The consumer does not have the right to unilateral termination in cases prescribed by law, in particular if the subject of the contract is:

• goods made according to the consumer's specifications,
• easily perishable goods,
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if opened,
• goods which are inseparably mixed with other items.

The consumer has no right of termination for opened cosmetic products.

The consumer is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

MATERIAL DEFECTS

In the event that the purchased product has a material defect, the Buyer has the right to exercise rights arising from liability for material defects in accordance with the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.

A defect exists if the product does not correspond to the agreed properties, purpose, or usual expectations in accordance with applicable regulations. The Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller of the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered, and no later than two years from the transfer of risk to the Buyer.

Notification of a material defect may be sent:

• by post to: LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o., Matijevka 4, Zagreb

If the complaint is justified, the Consumer has the right to:

• repair,
• replacement,
• price reduction,
• contract termination.

The costs of returning a defective product are borne by the Seller.

PERSONAL DATA

LIAGO COSMETICS, as the controller, undertakes to protect your personal data.

The collection and storage of data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, and other applicable regulations in the Republic of Croatia.

COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content published on this website (texts, photographs, videos, audio materials, page design, logo, documents, etc.) may be protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights. All rights reserved.

Use of the website includes use solely for the purpose of familiarising oneself with the LIAGO COSMETICS assortment, purchasing APRIVE products, subscribing to the newsletter, and enabling contact with us, while respecting all copyright and related intellectual property rights.

It is prohibited to copy, download, reproduce, publicly display, publish, or otherwise use the entire content of the website or any part thereof without the prior written permission of LIAGO COSMETICS.

Exceptionally, content from the website may be transmitted without special permission if it is not altered and provided that the source/link to this website is clearly and visibly indicated (except where it is expressly stated that the content was taken from another source).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep all content and functionalities on the website timely and accurate; however, we do not guarantee that the use of the site and all its functionalities will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Access to the web store may occasionally be temporarily disabled for maintenance, technical works, or the introduction of new content. In case of any error, please notify us at info@aprive-cosmetics.com so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.

By using our website, the user accepts that they do so at their own risk. We are not liable to users or third parties for any damage arising from the use of the site, including direct, indirect, ordinary, non-material damage, lost profits, or damage caused by error, omission, interruption, deletion, malfunction, delay, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorised access, alteration, or misuse of data, inappropriate user behaviour, or any other action.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of other websites to which we may link.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability in cases where this is not permitted by applicable regulations. To the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, we are liable only for costs that arise as a direct consequence of our omission.

LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Croatian law applies to the contractual relationship.

LIAGO COSMETICS will endeavour to resolve all disputes with the Buyer amicably.

We invite you to contact us first at info@aprive-cosmetics.com so that we can help resolve any difficulties as quickly as possible.

The consumer may also:

• submit a written complaint,
• use alternative consumer dispute resolution (ARPS) services before authorised bodies in Zagreb, Croatia,
• initiate proceedings before the competent court. All disputes related to the website and purchase of products shall be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb.

APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions apply from 07 May 2026.

LIAGO COSMETICS d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

All amendments will be published on this website with the effective date indicated.

Any changes to these General Terms and Conditions shall apply only to new orders registered after their publication on the website.
